Here, at Rdz Esthetics Beauty Spa we provide high quality work, with the most memorable & relaxing experience. Silent appointments are provided so as your music preference appointments! You will be provided with a blanket and pillow under your legs. The lash bed has a cushion to help the relaxation and comfort of my clients! You are more then welcome to use the restroom if needed any time during your appointment. As an esthetician I take pride in my customer service, cleanliness, application, and customer appreciation. I can’t wait to see you here, thank you for booking with me! *Our policy* PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ⭐️Booking an appointment proves you have read and understood the terms below. I am located in Houston Tx, zip code is 77053(address is provided after successfully booking) Business Hours Monday-Friday 10:30am-6:30pm Saturday 9am-6:30pm Sunday- Closed/$35 fee for Sunday bookings Before/After Hours $25 fee Monday-Saturday 6am-10am & 7pm-11pm ⭐️$20 fee for BOOKINGS ON THE SAME DAY Payments- ⭐️CASH ONLY for the remainder of the payment after deposit $5 fee will be applied for any online transaction(cashapp, zelle, apple pay) Deposit- All Services require a non-refundable deposit. You may reschedule once before having to send another deposit(reschedule 24 hours prior appointment.) ⭐️Grace period- There is a 10 minute grace period After the 11th minute you will be charged with a $15 late fee After 20 minutes it’s cancelled ⭐️Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies- All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. Text my number or Dm me if you need to reschedule with time so you will be free of extra charge! If cancelled within 24 hours a 50% will be paid in full before any future appointments can be made for incomplete service. No calls no shows will be charged with 50% fee. If you no call no show 2x you will be banned from booking. There are no refunds! *Extra information* Confirmation text will be provided within 24 hours of booking. You will be provided with the address, and other important information regarding your appointment. Parking- varies each day(will be provided with the info before the appointment) Guests- No extra guests unless the client is under 18 and wants to have an adult with(no men) Fills- Refills are coordinated by days. I have a mini fill up to 13 days, regular fill up to 20 days & a late fill up to 25 days. Anything over 25 days will be considered a full set. Foreign fills- No foreign fills. If you wish to schedule an appointment with me, I will offer a $10 lash removal if booking a full set. Appointment prep- Try not to drink too much water before appointment! Please come to your appointment bare faced, there is a complementary lash bath before every lashing service but retention is better when there is no oil on the face! Fill prep- Though I do provide a complimentary lash bath, you are expected to have proper aftercare with your extensions and therefor arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. Free fix- If extreme fallout or discomfort were to happen within 48 hours of your lash appointment, a complimentary fix fill may be scheduled. After 2 days of your appointment, I am not responsible of your lashes. You must follow the aftercare instructions provided during the service for better retention, care, cleanliness, and refill. •Booking an appointment proves you have read and understood the terms above.
